All luxury handbags and accessories offered in our shop unless indicated otherwise are 100% authentic. Each piece is carefully sourced and undergoes a thorough inspection prior to listing. We evaluate materials, craftsmanship, hardware, logos, serial numbers/date codes (when applicable), stitching, and overall construction to ensure authenticity.

Third-Party Authentication

When applicable, items are authenticated by a reputable third-party authentication service. Certificates of Authenticity (COA) from trusted authenticators may be included with your purchase or provided upon request, depending on the item.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee authenticity.
If an item you purchase is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, we will issue a full refund, including the purchase price.

No Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the unique nature of luxury pre-loved and vintage handbags, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, fit, color preference, or wear expectations.

Each item is authentically verified and carefully inspected prior to listing. Detailed descriptions, measurements, and photos are provided to accurately reflect the condition of each piece. As these items are pre-owned and/or vintage, they may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the item’s condition as described and shown.

Exceptions

Returns will only be considered in the rare event that:

• The item received is significantly not as described
