Shipping
- We ship your item within 2 business days of purchase. Items are shipped via USPS. We cannot ship to a PO Box - please provide a safe address for delivery of your purchase.
- Once an item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.
- Any purchase above $1,000 may require a signature. We will provide insurance on items over $1,500. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or undelivered packages. It is a rare occurrence for an item to be lost – please allow time for the USPS to deliver misrouted packages.
- Currently USA shipping only is available.
Full Inclusion
- Some of our items may include a box and/or a dustbag. If your purchase includes any additional items, it will be noted in the individual listing description.
Authenticity
- We guarantee the authenticity of everything we sell and provide a certificate of authenticity with all handbags! We use authentication services including Entrupy, Real Authentication, and Legit Grails. Most of our items are certified at the source and again by us before we sell.
Return Policy
